I'm in a big...school? Building. Super glass windows, luxe office type of thing.
Cafeteria. This famous guy from before in the dream (no memory now), young rapper type, starts screaming "SOMETHING IS CHASING ME!" And running around.
This was from before too. People were doing this and everyone figured they were going crazy..
But I had some reason to believe this to be not true, and THIS was the proof I needed.
Fuck it. We're out.
I tell Rue, this is real, we need to leave. Get everything in the car and we're going.
She's down. Everyone else is pretty much thinking the others are crazy, so now I look crazy too.
I do something wild in the grocery store I work at (Meijer?) and see KB, my boss, and explain that I'm quitting. She's like "hell yeah" lmao.
In the cafeteria, there's a part at the far eastern wall where the wall meets this mesh and on the other side are vats of gold... liquid stuff.
This is the bad. This is the evil. It pulls you in and destroys you..
So we leave. Rue and I have the car packed. We realize as we drive away that the whole campus was in a deep bowl-like depression, and its super snowy only here.
So we need to get away from that, because when the vat... explodes? then we will be safe outside of this zone.
We drive. The rest of the city has no snow. We never noticed.
Some kind of ramping up of time, of need to escape... We drive crazy, trying to get out and failing.
Driving through neighborhoods, through glass walls and back yards..
And we end up back on campus?
Rue is driving. She's driving us right to the building.
DUDE, WAIT. WTF. Oh my God.
I realize... she was got. Back then, we didn't escape quick enough, and it took her over as well. They chased her with me, and infected her, and 'they' brought her and me back to the vat.
We're in the cafeteria now. I'm so sad, scared, everything. She's gone. She's dead to me, and now they're all after me. (I don't know who 'they' are or don't remember lol)
I want to run, but... then what? If I don't get away...
I have the problem of: do I let them get me, and end it easily? Or run and fail? Or I just...
I look around for a gun. This is a decent option. I'll just end it myself.
Note: I'm watching a lot of Pluribus lately. I told my wife this dream and she said it's oooobviously from watching that. I can kind of see it!
